We celebrated ‘Roald Dahl Day’ in style, with a special assembly (Mr.Hancock read us a Revolting Rhyme!), classroom activities and a special raffle. Well done to everyone who dressed up for the day. Last term, we all enjoyed our ScootFit session at Woodhall…so much so that we want to raise money for our own set of scooters! We will be celebrating national Roald Dahl day on THURSDAY 13th SEPTEMBER (Roald Dahl’s birthday) with a day of activities and a dress-up. Come to school dressed as your favourite Roald Dahl character, and enter our amazing raffle (£1 per ticket) to win a brand new set of Roald Dahl books!
Curriculum meetings will be held at 9am and 3.15pm on Monday 10th September. Meet your child’s class teacher; find out what the children will be learning this term and how you can support learning at home. There will also be a chance to ask any questions. We hope to see you there!

Welcome back to school. Breakfast Club and soft start as usual, but Film Club will not begin until next week. Look out for next week’s newsletter!
School will be open today for our soft start from 8.30am. Breakfast Club will run as usual. Performances today: EYFS play 9.15am, KS2 Carols at 2pm and 6pm. All children need to come into school via the main entrance again today as the playgrounds are still very icy. Thanks everyone.
