Science at Woodhall
In today’s fast paced world, there is often too little time to sit back and wonder but the world around us is full of marvels and mysteries; from unexplored oceans and unexplained phenomenon to medical innovations and space travel. Alongside learning key scientific knowledge and skills, Woodhall children are encouraged to delight and investigate the world around them. After all, a well rounded Science education paves the way for children to become engineers, doctors, nurses, researchers, pharmacists, technicians, teachers, veterinarians, chefs, sports therapists, personal trainers and even fashion designers but, perhaps even more importantly, it fosters curiosity and a curious mind is never bored. To learn more about the intent, implementation and impact of our Science Curriculum and see how learning progresses throughout the key stages, check out our Science Statement and Subject Ladder below.‘A curious mind is never bored.’ (Min Kim)
