Computing at Woodhall

The future is so much bigger than the past’ (Tim Berners Lee)

A strong foundation in computing knowledge and skills is integral to living in modern Britain. Understanding how data, information and communication can be used and developed is important for learning, for future careers, for interacting with others and for helping to keep us safe online.

At Woodhall, we want to give our children the tools to not just be consumers of digital products; but inventors, coders, designers, researchers and creators in their own right. Our exciting, rich, relevant and challenging computing curriculum not only equips pupils with the skills they will need for their future, it also provides them with independent access to information, knowledge and techniques that they can use in their learning today.

To learn more about the intent, implementation and impact of our Computing Curriculum and see how learning progresses throughout the key stages, check out our Computing Statement and Subject Ladder below.
